Located below the Dublin Writer’s Museum, this dazzling, Michelin starred restaurant is a favourite of book lovers throughout the city. The restaurant is one of the rare eateries with Michelin status and has the very best of locally-sourced artisan produce.
The menu is made up of dishes such as “cured Clare Island organic salmon with smoked salmon mousse, fresh peas and yuzu jelly”, as well as “Pig’s tail stuffed with Fingal Ferguson’s bacon and lobster” to mention just a few. The menu changes seasonally to ensure fresh, local produce at all times.

This is one of Dublin’s most popular restaurants, and they specialise in Irish cuisine with a French influence. The chefs have given traditional dishes an inventive, French twist and they are doing such an exquisite job that their dishes are Michelin-starred too.
They use small, local producers and they change the menu according to seasonal availability; their game dishes are particularly popular, as is their extensive wine list.
